We collect only what we need to provide structured feasibility intelligence and to operate our business.

• Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
• Query data — the addresses and scenarios you analyse (largely public-record information).
• Usage data — features used, reports generated and in-app activity.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers.

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to create your account and deliver the platform and reports.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to secure, maintain and improve the service.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies.

• Provide property searches, uplift modelling and report generation.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts and data.
• Process subscriptions and send service notifications.

We share data with a small number of vetted sub-processors under appropriate data-protection terms:

• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting and storage, in UK/EU regions where possible.
• Resend — transactional and account email delivery.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.

• Billing records — up to 6 years, to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.
• Query and usage data — retained in aggregated or anonymised form for analytics.
